The Company, where it has capacity, shall have the right to install, maintain service, repair and replace on the premises any and all components of the system for the purpose of delivering service(s) as defined by The Company. If The Customer is not the owner of the premises specified to be serviced in the agreement they shall indemnify and hold The Company harmless from any and all claims on or by the owner or any other interested parties which may arise out of the performance of the Agreement. The Customer confirms that either as owner or tenant of the premises, The Customer is fully authorized to enter into and perform this Agreement. The Customer agrees that they are solely responsible for all access to and use of the service. The Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age at the effective date of this agreement. The services covered are Cable Television, Internet and Fixed Line and their associated features and facilities.
