We're committed to offering the quality, choice and convenience you deserve from your cable provider.
Karib Cable would like you to know that our entire staff is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. For your questions and comments, our Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm and Saturdays from 8:00am until noon. The Technical Service Department will respond to any individual service problems within 48 hours and immediately upon hearing of any area service outages, after hours this department can be contacted on 481-1294. Our Installation Department will strive to install new service within 7 days from the order. We want to listen to your requests so that we can provide our customers in Antigua & Barbuda with the best possible cable service and programming.
