Telecommunications Options
Option 1 – Managed Services – Karib Cable Hosted Equipment
In this option Karib Cable will provide a full end to end service, both operational and from the equipment point of view and the Client will provide instructions to Karib Cable on how they wish their services to be operated.
• Pricing is based on monthly recurring rental charges, support charges and call charges.
• The monthly recurring charges will cover the standard access charges and equipment rental charges.
• The previous months call usage charges will be added to the current month’s recurring charges.
• Included in the monthly recurring charges, Karib Cable will, based instructions from the Client, make adjustments to their telecommunications phone numbering schemes, location and quantity of extensions, IVR’s, phone books and call routings.
• Karib Cable will also monitor the system performance and usage and provide recommendations on adjustments to the telecommunications services for equipment dimensioning, traffic management and least cost routing advantages.
• Additional recurring charges will be levied should more telephone services, extensions, or internet access points be required but these will be in line with the Clients requirements; there will be no redundant equipment charges.
• There will be a requirement to sign a 12 month contract.
Option 2 – None Managed Service – Karib Cable Hosted Equipment
In this option Karib Cable will provide a full end to end service from the equipment point of view and the Client will operate and manage their services.
• Pricing is based on monthly recurring rental charges to which the previous months call usage charges will be added.
• Additional recurring charges will be levied should more telephone services, extensions, or internet be required but these will be in line with the Clients requirements; there will be no redundant equipment charges.
• The Client will manage their own day to day operational telecommunications based activities and will make adjustments to their needs as they see fit.
• There will be a requirement to sign a 12 month contract.
Option 3 – Managed Services – Client owned equipment
In this option Karib Cable will provide a full end to end service from the operational point of view and Karib Cable will install the required cabling and equipment. The Client will be given the option to purchase the necessary equipment through Karib Cable or Karib Cable will provide the specifications for the required equipment. Karib Cable will provide the services needed to operate and manage this equipment.
• A onetime price will be offered for the required equipment.
• Pricing is based on monthly recurring rental charges, support charges and call charges.
• The monthly recurring rental charges will cover the standard access charges.
• The previous months call usage charges will be added to the current month’s recurring charges.

Option 4 – None Managed Service - Client owned equipment
In this option Karib Cable will provide a full end to end service from the equipment point of view and Karib Cable will install the required cabling and equipment. The Client will be given the option to purchase the necessary equipment through Karib Cable or Karib Cable will provide the specifications for the required equipment. The Client will operate and manage their services.
• A onetime price will be offered for the required equipment.
